I believe today's world is just a little bit too fast & a tad too full of technology.I know that anxiety and abuse of numbing vices is taking a toll on the average human being.I believe strongly in nervous system regulation to stay healthy of mind, body and spirit.I created Anodyne Healing House to share a few of my favorite ways to heal and keep healthy from the inside.Creating art is one way that I open my heart to God-Universe-Source (or GUS 😉) so I can allow energy to pass through me and be expressed.I share my paintings so you can feel the energy I felt when I was creating them.
